Harvard Alumni in Tech exists to turn a shared credential into a working community — one where a founder in Berlin, an operator in Austin, and a student in Cambridge can find each other, help each other, and build something none of them would have built alone. The Momentum Fund is how we pay for that to keep happening.
Why support Harvard Alumni in Tech?
We are at an important turning point.
We are a volunteer-led alumni community that has grown into a global network of founders, technologists, operators, investors, and professionals who are building, mentoring, launching, and opening doors for one another.
To meet this moment, we need the infrastructure to support the momentum we are already seeing. That means more consistent programming, wider access to meaningful connections, stronger tools and resources for the volunteers who run it, and the operational foundation needed to serve our community at a higher level.
Your support is what gives Harvard Alumni in Tech the ability to plan ahead rather than event to event, to invest more intentionally, and to create a stronger, more sustainable alumni-powered ecosystem.

The Harvard in Tech SF event was an incredible opportunity for SF Harvard alums to gather, learn from engineering leaders in different fields, and build connections with operators, founders, and investors. Founders and engineering leaders of top companies came to recruit talent, and it was a great venue for that connection. The Harvard in Tech community is brilliant and very engaged. We're looking forward to the next event and further building out the group here.

Colorado did not have a chapter. We started with six people in a co-working space on a Saturday afternoon. What the fund pays for is the part nobody sees — the space, the coffee, the follow-up that turns a one-time afternoon into something people plan their month around.
